At PetStop London, we have many years of extensive personal and professional experience caring for most types of domestic and exotic pets. And we understand how important it is to have someone you can trust with your tiniest family members while you are away.
That's why provide a safe, fun, and loving environment for your furry, slimy, and feathery friends so you can rest assured that your pet is having the best time possible in the best company. We provide free roaming time and handling to all pets in our care (if suitable for specific species) and closely monitor every guest daily to make sure they are happy and healthy.
We have a dedicated small-pets-only area in our house where pets can safely relax and roam. Other animals in our care are located on different floors of the house so they never cross paths or see each other. Our house is fitted with baby gates in every doorway for extra safety fall of our little guests.
We take into consideration any special needs or diet preferences to create a personalised schedule for each pet. Individual updates and pictures can be sent on request (Mon-Sat 8 am-6 pm) or scheduled daily, fortnightly, or weekly for your peace of mind.

Hamsters, rats, gerbils, budgies, geckos, or similar-sized pets. Long-stays over 2 weeks have a 10% discount (excluding high peak times such as August, December, or Easter Period).
Single pets - £15/night

2-3 pets in the same cage - £18/night
(monthly rate £480/month)
3+ pets in the same cage - £25/night
(monthly rate £600/month)
