We are Sophie and Vins - a small family of two with a HUGE love for animals.

PetStop London was born in collaboration of two completely different minds that are united in our passion for providing safe, loving, and personalised care for your fluffy, slimy, and feathery friends.

 

After working in the pet care companies ourselves as employees, we realised that the industry can do much better, that overcrowded daycares are not fun, that small animals' welfare is being neglected, and that our pets deserve the very best.  That's why we decided to follow the calling of our hearts and open our own home-based pet care that is fuelled by love, knowledge, and experience. At Petstop London we care for other people's pets in a way that we would want our own pets to be cared for and constantly looking for ways to improve our setup and services.

 

Our mission is to ensure that your pet has the best time possible in the best company during their staycation, daycare, or walk while allowing them to express and embrace their natural behaviours in a safe and supervised environment. We advocate for providing enrichment and mental + physical stimulation for all pets to stay in good shape mentally and physically.

 

As pet parents ourselves, we completely understand the stress of having to trust your pet to someone else.

That's why our service is completely tailored to your and your pet's needs. We always go the extra mile to accommodate special requests and to make sure your pet feels just like home.

 

We take our time to get to know each animal's personality and find a unique and personal approach to our little guests, which helps us build long-lasting relationships with them and their owners.
