How do you decide which dogs can join a group?

We take into consideration your dog’s age, size, personality, energy levels and individual needs when introducing dogs and putting groups together. New dogs complete the relevant trial for their service, giving us a chance to get to know them and make sure they’re comfortable with their new friends, helping us create safe and calm group dynamics.
