Sophie, Vins and the rest of their team are absolutely brilliant. They are responsive, flexible and best of all I know my dog loves Pet Stop because she goes nuts whenever they come to collect her. Whenever I ask questions they give thoughtful, detailed answers and I can tell they really care about the animals in their care. Can’t recommend enough!

Pet stop made our lives very easy with their superb communication, clean facilities and informed care. They took care of our Sun Conures whilst we were away for 4 nights and the peace of mind we had after leaving them with Sophie was a gift.

We cannot recommend PetStop highly enough! They took such good care of our young dog when we went off on vacation. This was his first time spending nights away from home, and it went off as well as could be expected. In terms of specifics -- they were very particular that we had all the vaccinations etc. in order up front, which we really appreciated since it shows the high standards they maintain. They even noticed that one of his jabs would expire a few days before his scheduled stay, and this ensured that his vaccinations were all up to date. They also were very clear that our dog had to do a trial night well in advance of the proposed dates. (That went off really well -- he loved his sleepover so much that, much like any young boy, he almost didn't want to leave!) They sent us photographs -- really excellent ones -- every day, from which it was absolutely clear how much he was enjoying his time there. And my friend who recommended them told me later that her hamster was also parked with them during the same time period and also came home in fine fettle -- evidence that they keep all animals happy and well. All in all, great incentive for us to take a family vacation again!

Petstop looked after our rabbit (Bluey) whilst we were away. They were responsive to email and text messages from the start and were really helpful with answering my questions. They were happy to give a special diet and medications if needed. It was very reassuring to know that Bluey was being looked after by people who understood rabbits. He was housed in a reasonable sized indoor hutch and had regular playtime in a larger area with plenty of enrichment. We got regular updates and photos so we knew he was enjoying his holiday. I would use PetStop again! I am so grateful to Sophie for keeping him safe and happy

I left my rabbit in the care of Vins and Sophie and they were absolutely wonderful- provided daily updates which was very reassuring and the set up for the rabbits to sleep and play was fantastic.
