Do you spend time with the pets in your care?

Of course! Small pets need more than food and a clean enclosure. We spend time with our guests throughout the day, with interaction, handling, free-roaming time and enrichment adapted to the species and individual pet. We also respect pets who prefer a little more personal space and allow interaction to happen at their own pace.
