What happens if my pet becomes unwell or there is an emergency?

If your pet becomes unwell or we notice anything unusual during the stay, we’ll contact you or your emergency contact and arrange veterinary care where needed. In an emergency, your pet’s welfare comes first and we’ll seek veterinary attention as quickly as possible.
